One of the possible resolutions to the issue is by updating the firmware of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. We have a quick recommendation that might really help you get better sound: Try adjusting the EQ (Equalizer) settings in the Sony | Sound Connect app.

You can usually find a preset there that better suits your taste, or you can manually adjust the bass, mids and highs to really dial in the sound you're looking for. Sometimes a small change in the app can make a huge difference in the perceived quality and richness of the audio.
