    I do not believe these head phones are actually noise cancelling, becuase the noise was not cancelled and headphones were returned.

    Never had any issues with my Sony XM3’s or XM4’s, but the rotating piece broke on these headphones after only 8 months. After going though reviews I found out I’m not the only one. This it’s not covered under the 1yr Sony warranty after contacting support, even though it seems to be a known issue. I would look elsewhere or buy the Geek Squad warranty (although there’s not much they could do in repairs here since it’s snapped).

    Could not be more disappointed

    I was super excited to get these in the mail today considering all the positive reviews and Sony statement that they are noise canceling. The name of the product includes the words noise canceling, but I can assure you that they are in fact not. I can hear the vents in my car blowing I can hear other music over the top of what I'm listening to. I could not possibly be more disappointed. They sound nice if you don't need to drown out other people's noise, but if you do keep looking. I'm going to have to go through the hassle of sending them back. I am so disappointed because the closest Best buy is more than an hour's drive away.

    If you are looking for very light headphones, then these are for you, but I did not like the quality of the ear foam or the connectivity to my pc.

    Good sound, Bluetooth works well, Bulky not easily stored ( like in a backpack) 2 stars for they retain the heat/warmth your head/ears emit can be uncomfortable

    Very good ANC. UNFORTUNATELY Bluetooth disconnects always. Even with a factory reset, I've had nothing but bad connectivity every time I play music or videos.

    They were great right up until they were out of warranty. After that, the headphones no longer charged despite trying multiple different chargers and outlets. I reached out to customer service and was told I could make an appointment, pay for a diagnostic test to be run and then pay for repairs. Not worth it. Wouldn't recommend and won't be buying again.

    The headphones are fine. They have a good sound quality, battery lasts a lot and the noise cancellation works (not as good as the xm4s). What I don't like is that they have sound leak because I can't use them around other people without them hearing the songs I'm listening to. They do their job, but I think I could have found a similar product for cheaper.

The WHCH720N have a lightweight design with swivel earcups, adjustable headband, and soft ear pads for comfort which could be advantageous for extended periods of use. However, we do not recommend wearing these headphones while heavy sweating as this unit is not waterproof. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, the headphones might damage. We suggest to give your ears and headphones a chance to air out by taking breaks during extended listening sessions.       For low sound level, please try some solutions below:
      Adjust the volume of the headset and the connected device.
      Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again.
      Reset the headset.
      Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
      * If the sound is still low even after adjusting the volume on the connected device, adjust the volume with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.

      For the bass sound, this usually depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using.You can use the equalizer function of the Sony Headphones Connect app to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. Some of these issues can also be fixed by adjusting the equalizer function or the bass sound settings of the connected device.
