These are not only beautiful but they fit around my ears so well they never hurt no matter how long i have them on. The sound is great and the options and customizable settings make them all my own.

Very good product, but what's better was Best Buy's service! I couldn't even buy it off Sony's website because they kept having internal issues and canceling my order. Went on Best Buy website, picked it up within an hour and the same price as Black Friday deals!

I mainly bought these for some new desktop headphones since I was tired of gaming headsets with built in mics as someone who uses a desktop microphone, but I've found myself using it for just about everything, the noise cancelling is on par with just about all the other brands featuring it, and the sound quality is great especially when using it wired, and has an amazing battery life.

I love these headphones! Super easy to use and the battery lasts for quite a while. Good sound cancellation, could be better, but if you have them on snug it’s great. The blue is such a pretty color too! Love them, I’m getting my sister some too!!

Sound quality is very good for the price point. Still wish it was as solidly built as the WH CH700Ns. But the lighter weight makes it great for long periods and travel.

For anyone moving from a basic headset, the sound quality of these Sony WH-CH720N headphones is a significant step up. The audio is clear and immersive, making music and games a joy to listen to. The noise cancellation is also quite effective, especially for the price point. One of the main reasons I chose these headphones was for the ability to use noise cancellation while wired, and it works as advertised, which is a big plus for me when I need to focus at my desk. However, my experience has been hampered by a few significant issues. The biggest disappointment is that the built-in microphone does not work when the headphones are plugged into my PC. According to Sony's official help guide, when using the supplied headphone cable, you must use your phone's microphone for calls. This forces me to rely on my laptop's microphone, which thankfully is decent, but it defeats the purpose of having a headset with an integrated mic. This is a crucial detail that I wish was more clearly advertised. Another issue I've encountered is a persistent static noise when the headphones are plugged into my phone. The static is so loud that it overpowers any audio, making the wired mode on my phone unusable. This problem doesn't occur with my other headsets, so it seems to be specific to these Sony headphones. Furthermore, when using the active noise cancellation in wired mode with my laptop, there is a noticeable clicking sound every few seconds. This clicking is only audible when no audio is playing, but as someone who bought noise-canceling headphones to eliminate distracting noises while reading or working in silence, this is a major drawback. It forces me to either turn off the noise-cancellation feature or endure the distracting clicking. In conclusion, while the sound quality and noise cancellation are impressive for the price, the limitations and issues with the wired mode are significant. If you plan to use these headphones primarily via Bluetooth, you will likely be very happy with them. However, if you need a reliable wired headset with a functional microphone and flawless noise cancellation for quiet environments, you may want to consider other options.

These are super light weight and sound great for the price.

I loved these! I used to use Apple AirPods but wasn’t wanting something with more noise canceling. These are so great for that, I threw out my AirPods and only use these now. Sometimes I don’t even listen to music and I’ll wear them for the comfort of minimizing noise around me.

My son loves them. He says they're the best headphones he's had, and he's had several set of Beats headphones. He says they are very comfortable and he can hear better with them on than with them off with the noise cancelling feature.

After using and losing earbuds, I decided to buy these headphones and I'm pretty happy with the sound quality and battery life. Also pretty good at noise cancelation, sometimes I don't notice someone walking into my living room behind me.

The headphones came partially charged so you may want to charge them before your first use. Included in the box are the headphones, USB-A to USB-C cable and a headphone cable. No case or bag is included. All of my testing was done via Bluetooth. I first connected to my computer to listen to music files, Sirius XM and general videos. There is no upconvert here. If the recording wasn’t high quality, the headphones made it sound even worse. Bass became exceptionally scratchy. High quality recordings sounded very good but I still noticed the bass off on a few songs (Flo Rida, My House). High notes were very good. Next was pairing with my iPad. Easy. Also paired with my Alexa (via Alexa app). Easy to pair and sound was very good. Pairing with my phone took a few tries. And this is where the headphones are problematic. The controls are so close together that I hung up on calls. Volume was very good. The noise cancelling was slightly better than the previous model but both myself and the person I was talking to could hear background noise. Headphone fit was excellent for my ears and very comfortable. Battery life was excellent and I didn’t have to charge for about 4 days. My husband even used them in that time frame when he was doing some yard work. These are average headphones. If you use them for casual listening or with a computer, they will probably be fine. If your primary use will be phone calls, there are much better options.

These were a gift for my teenage son, who finds earbuds very fatiguing when worn for an extended period of time. He loves these over-the-ear headphones, and finds them quite comfortable when doing homework and playing games for several hours at a time. The sound quality is excellent as well.

Headphonres are very comfortable on the ears and the sound is fabulous. The noise cancelling attribute works excellently. I could block out my kids and pets to enjoy my music. Great product.

We bought these for our daughter and she loves the sounds and the look. She said that wearing them for her online tutor class helps her focus without the interference of other noises in the house. Win win!!
