A Good Product At a Good Price

Unlike the ones that you wear in your ears, all surrounding sound is completely "blocked out". So all you hear is what is playing in your Sony Headphones!

Before I had bought these headphones, I used Airpods, which were great, but for the gym they weren't. My Airpods would fall out when I'd work out and so I decided to buy these headphones. These are actually great noise cancelling headphones. It's a whole different world when you have them on and they fit great.

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your WH-CH720N headphones aren’t charging.
Let’s try a few things to get them working again:
1. If possible, try charging with a different USB cable or power adapter to rule out any issues with the accessories.
2. Take a look at the charging port on your headphones. If it looks dusty or dirty, gently clean it out with a soft dry brush.
3. Leave them plugged in for at least 30 minutes, even if you don’t see a charging light right away.
4. If you see a blinking red light or no light at all, try resetting your headphones by connecting the headset to an AC outlet and pressing the (power) button and the NC/AMB (noise canceling/Ambient Sound Mode) button simultaneously.
