I don’t need to turn it off - it will shut off automatically. Connecting to Bluetooth is a breeze and so far the battery life is solid (I don’t need to charge for 3 days continuous use) Although, I can’t keep it on for more than few hours but other than that great buy!

They're very comfortable for working out and for studying. The noise cancelling is really nice, and the ambient sound is also nice since it still covers some background noise. The one thing I wish was that it folded into a case, but otherwise, everything is perfect about them!

Bluetooth works great and connects automatically after it’s been paired once. Sound quality is brilliant with a nice noise cancelling feature. Battery lasts a while without needing charge as well. For the price you can’t beat it.

We are sorry to hear you had this bad experience with your Sony - WHCH720N, the type of noise cancelation your headphones have is active noise canceling (ANC), which means that in order to block the incoming noise, you have to turn the headphones on and also the ANC, the WH-CH720N has a button to toggle noise canceling settings, allowing you to switch between Ambient Sound Mode and Noise Cancelling Mode.
The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) on the Sony WH-CH720N works by using built-in microphones that analyze ambient sound waves around you. The system then generates opposite sound waves to reduce surrounding noise. This process effectively cancels out low-frequency noises, such as engine sounds from an airplane or train, thereby providing a quieter listening environment.
It's worth noting that ANC does not fully eliminate all sounds, especially higher-pitched noises like human speech, and its effectiveness can vary based on how you wear the headset and environmental conditions.

I BARELY hear anything besides my music. They are nice and lightweight so I don't get headaches. They fit perfectly over my ears as well. The battery life is long and is a quick charge.

I bought the as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. He told me he wanted headsets preferably sony and he love this gift, he used it for his 25 hour flight back to Norway

Great Budget Headphones

Noise cancelation is pretty decent. Good enough to drown out loud music or traffic. The speakers in the headphones kind of go into the ear, so you need to put the headphones on correctly. Very comfortable, though. 9/10

Lovely headphones

The fit snug to my head and stay on. Previously was using a set of wired Shp9500 and these have phased them out of my everyday use.

I honestly thought this was going to be like all the other headphones, but I cant see my self with any other headphones. The battery life is crazy the sound is wild I love them. Good quality for the money

However, it's not clear when the headphones are on or off, and connecting them to my devices was a challenge at first. I also think the noise cancelling aspect could be a little stronger. I wore them on two separate plane trips and both times, a lot of ambient noise still came through despite the noise cancelling being active.

Replacement wireless

But it will not work wireless. I bought adapter but lot of static and noise. This was a replacement for set that broke. So if you have older pc it will not be wireless.
