Good headphones for price.

They are light weight noise cancelling and fit perfectly over my ear. The only complaint is they will not connect to any of my other devices and sometimes they will disconnect from my phone if I do not use the Sony app to connect them to my phone.

You can use the WHCH720N headphones without connecting them to the Sony Headphone| Connect app. These headphones will still work as regular Bluetooth headphones and use them to listen music, make phone calls, and user other audio features. Please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Good Headphones

It was a little tricky to figure out what setting to not have the noise cancellation on. I needed to download the app to get it to work. Otherwise works well, very comfy.

If you can't hear the other person or the call volume is low during calls, please try some solutions below:
• Turn up the volume of the connected device and the volume of the headset if they are too low.
• Check that the left unit and right unit of the headset have been put on properly and are on your ears in the correct orientation. If you are wearing the left unit and the right unit on the incorrect ears, there may be instances during calls where the other person cannot hear you or the call volume is low.
• Operate the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
If you are listening to music with the headset, stop playback and press the (call) button to respond to an incoming call.
• Reset the headset.
• Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

Only thing seems like people have trouble hearing me so the microphone isn't the best. But sound is good and they are comfortable.
