The only complaint would be the pausew /skip button is too flat and hard to find sometimes. My old pair of Sony's had a toggle type switch that stuck up above the surface. Easy. A no brainer that they took away.

Good noise cancellation

Ok, music, but no phone call

Turn the headphones off and on, and then reconnect them to your computer.
Restart the computer.

Its sony we are talking about and they sound like how much you ard paying for the sounds have deeper bass, and strong noise cancelation where it actually tunes out the noise around you. They are light weight noise cancelling and fit perfectly over my ear. The only complaint is they will not connect to any of my other devices and sometimes they will disconnect from my phone if I do not use the Sony app to connect them to my phone.

You can use the WHCH720N headphones without connecting them to the Sony Headphone| Connect app. These headphones will still work as regular Bluetooth headphones and use them to listen music, make phone calls, and user other audio features. Please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
