A common first step to resolve pairing and connectivity issues is to reset the headphones. You can do this by pressing and holding the power and play/call buttons for about 10 seconds until the indicator flashes.
If that doesn't work, initializing them to factory settings can often fix the issue. Please also make sure you have the latest software installed using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, as this can improve performance and stability.

Great headphones but constantly disconnects

But one big problem is that it constantly disconnects. Almost every time a song or 2 passes it constantly disconnects and reconnects its very annoying.
