Is not Noise canceling

And the words are in the product name. I have settings set to noise canceling on the app, I double checked everything on the settings. Yet I’m sitting in a cafe and can hear everyone talking around me. And of course I missed the window to return the headphones. I hadnt tested out the noise canceling in a setting where it wasn’t already silent. So once I was in a slightly noisier place, of course they don’t work and of course it’s too late for a refund. Don’t waste your money on these. Subpar audio.

sound quality good but mic keeps dropping.

You can only connect one device to this model at a time. Also the soft plastic makes it feel cheap. A plus is it fully charges in lest than an hour and the noise csncellation is good.

Light weight but at a cost

Decent sound, poor connection

Making sure they were fully charged, updated with the latest firmware and then repaired to my phone, they still would not stop dropping the connection. When switched the sound from prioritizing quality to stability and it still randomly did it. A chime would kick in indicating that connection had been lost and it would immediately reconnect but this stopped sound playback and worse, did not automatically resume it after reconnecting. I came in and got the Soundcore Q45s instead. They haven't dropped once and have LDAC as a codec option.

Could not be more disappointed

The name of the product includes the words noise canceling, but I can assure you that they are in fact not. I can hear the vents in my car blowing I can hear other music over the top of what I'm listening to. I could not possibly be more disappointed. They sound nice if you don't need to drown out other people's noise, but if you do keep looking. I'm going to have to go through the hassle of sending them back. I am so disappointed because the closest Best buy is more than an hour's drive away.

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never had any issues with my Sony XM3’s or XM4’s, but the rotating piece broke on these headphones after only 8 months. After going though reviews I found out I’m not the only one. This it’s not covered under the 1yr Sony warranty after contacting support, even though it seems to be a known issue. I would look elsewhere or buy the Geek Squad warranty (although there’s not much they could do in repairs here since it’s snapped).

After that, the headphones no longer charged despite trying multiple different chargers and outlets. I reached out to customer service and was told I could make an appointment, pay for a diagnostic test to be run and then pay for repairs. Not worth it. Wouldn't recommend and won't be buying again.

The WHCH720N have a lightweight design with swivel earcups, adjustable headband, and soft ear pads for comfort which could be advantageous for extended periods of use. However, we do not recommend wearing these headphones while heavy sweating as this unit is not waterproof. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, the headphones might damage. We suggest to give your ears and headphones a chance to air out by taking breaks during extended listening sessions. They have a good sound quality, battery lasts a lot and the noise cancellation works (not as good as the xm4s). What I don't like is that they have sound leak because I can't use them around other people without them hearing the songs I'm listening to. They do their job, but I think I could have found a similar product for cheaper.

However, in a quiet room, some degree of sound leakage may still occur depending on individual factors such as fit and the volume at which you are listening to your music or other audio. To prevent sound leakage, make sure to adjust the slider to find your ideal fit and enjoy hours of comfortable listening. Additionally, reducing the volume level can also help to minimize sound leakage.
