Posted .Hi JoeyWhodat,
Thank you for your time writing this review. We're sorry to hear that we were not able to meet your full expectations with your WHCH720N headphones. Allow to help turn this to a better experience.
For low sound level, please try some solutions below:
Adjust the volume of the headset and the connected device.
Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
* If the sound is still low even after adjusting the volume on the connected device, adjust the volume with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
For the bass sound, this usually depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. You can use the equalizer function of the Sony Headphones Connect app to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. Some of these issues can also be fixed by adjusting the equalizer function or the bass sound settings of the connected device.

Failed Bluetooth and bot good noise cancellation
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A waste of money. I liked an upper model, but this is terrible. Noise cancelation is not so great. The worse thing is Bluetooth connection is terrible. I had one for nearly a year, and it started dropping its connection with my laptop. I had to reconnect several times with 30 min, sometimes. I had it replaced with a new headset a week ago. NOW, the kew one does not pair with a device!!

Surprisingly mediocre
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Surprisingly flimsy and poor design from Sony. I usually consider Sony to be stellar for their price point. Don’t know how long this will last, but I give it a year at the most. ANC is very flimsy and doesn’t work well. Was too lazy to return it, so will keep it till it breaks.

Posted .Hi AllenA,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry if your new WHCH720N headphones keeps disconnecting from your iPhone and TV. Allow us to help troubleshoot the problem. For optimum performance, please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
When this is the case, turn the Bluetooth device to face the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in train station premises or on a crowded train
You may try some solutions below that may help resolve this issue:
Ensure that the headphones and connecting device are within the Bluetooth range(10 m (32.8 ft.)). Set the headphones to “Priority on stable connection”
Remove any obstacles between the antenna of the connecting Bluetooth device and the built-in antenna of the headset.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

Bad headpho that can't handle low bass frequencies
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible headphones. They sounded good most of the time, but then I noticed, while I was making beats, that on lower bass frequencies, I would get a crackling sound. At first I thought it was an issue with the audio file itself, but then I tried my other bluetooth headphones, and the crackling was gone. I would only get the crackling popping noise with the 720n's. So not very good headphones considering they cost significantly more than my other Sony wireless headphones and earbuds. I thought the quality would be much better, but they couldn't even handle low bass frequencies. Stay away from these if you like to make beats. These are not worth the $150. You can get much better headphones for the same price.

Frustrated Returning Customer
||Posted . Posted .Hi CelesteR, we sincerely apologize for the trouble you're experiencing with your new WH-CH720N headphones. It's certainly not the experience we want you to have, especially after your previous pair stopped connecting. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we want to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.
To troubleshoot noise canceling on your headphones, first check the "NC/AMB" button to ensure it's set to noise canceling mode. You should hear a confirmation or see an indicator light change when it's active.
Make sure the earcups fit properly for optimal performance, as a good seal is essential. Adjust the headphones if needed.
Also, we highly recommend downloading the Sony | Sound Connect app on your smartphone. This app allows you to customize and control various settings on your WH-CH720N headphones, including the noise canceling and ambient sound modes.
Additionally, we would like to share a link that provides an explanation of how noise-canceling technology works. We hope you find it helpful! https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00203389?utm_source=glean
