Thank you for your time writing this review. We're sorry if the WHCH720N did not work with your son's PS5. You can connect this headphones to your Television (via Bluetooth- the TV must support Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)) so you can get the audio from the PlayStation 5. We still recommend using headphones that are designed for consoles. We do apologize for the inconvenience and thanks again for purchasing SONY! - Kris
