    Very good ANC. UNFORTUNATELY Bluetooth disconnects always. Even with a factory reset, I've had nothing but bad connectivity every time I play music or videos.

    Did not pair well with my iPhone

    It’s OK I’m sure there’s better out there. Makes around the ear sweaty after a while does not pair well with my iPhone 14 could not control the volume or advance music had to return.

    I’m really disappointed at these headphone I take it to my daughter who lives in Kenya and they’re not even working they’re not even charging. I’m very disappointed really

      Let’s try a few simple steps to see if we can get them charging:

      -If the headphones are very hot or very cold, they might not charge. Let them sit at room temperature for a bit.

    These are okay I feel that they're overpriced for the sound but when you need a good set of headphones for DJing they will do as a backup

    The headphone have an ok sound but they are cheaply made. Sony has made some good headphones in the past but these are not my favorites.

    going on a year now. sound quality is good but in the last couple months the mic keeps disconnecting. people can hear me and suddenly they can't.

The WHCH720N have a lightweight design with swivel earcups, adjustable headband, and soft ear pads for comfort which could be advantageous for extended periods of use. However, we do not recommend wearing these headphones while heavy sweating as this unit is not waterproof. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, the headphones might damage. We suggest to give your ears and headphones a chance to air out by taking breaks during extended listening sessions.     They were great right up until they were out of warranty. After that, the headphones no longer charged despite trying multiple different chargers and outlets. I reached out to customer service and was told I could make an appointment, pay for a diagnostic test to be run and then pay for repairs. Not worth it. Wouldn't recommend and won't be buying again.

    If you are looking for very light headphones, then these are for you, but I did not like the quality of the ear foam or the connectivity to my pc.

For optimum performance, please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

      Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
      When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
      When this is the case, turn the Bluetooth device to face the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
      When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device
      In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
      Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in train station premises or on a crowded train

      You may try some solutions below that may help resolve this issue:
      Ensure that the headphones and connecting device are within the Bluetooth range(10 m (32.8 ft.)). Set the headphones to “Priority on stable connection”
      Remove any obstacles between the antenna of the connecting Bluetooth device and the built-in antenna of the headset.
      Reset the headset.
      Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

    Headphones are lightweight. Hinge has broken on both pair I purchased after months of use. Sony needs to do a recall on these headphones.

    Surprisingly flimsy and poor design from Sony. I usually consider Sony to be stellar for their price point. Don’t know how long this will last, but I give it a year at the most. ANC is very flimsy and doesn’t work well. Was too lazy to return it, so will keep it till it breaks.

    this felt very cheap, flimsy, and i did not like the ear cushions, the speakers were barely protected with a light fabric and trying to connect to them was a nightmare. i had to download an app and after 20 minutes of trying i gave up and returned them.
