The sound quality was also very good. I was able to get lost listening to music with these for a long time. Really love these.

-Set the headphones to "Priority on stable connection" mode.
This setting can be adjusted in the Sony | Sound Connect app.
-Check the app to see if a firmware update is available for your headphones.
-Pair the headphones with a different Bluetooth-enabled device to determine if the issue is with the original device.
-Reset and initialize the headphones to factory settings. You’ll find links with step-by-step instructions for each procedure below.

I have been using this for a while and I have to tell that I still works perfectly. Battery life is excellent. It still gets its software updates for the noice cancellation. Awesome product.
