They help on long flights or trips to help keep the sound down and cancelled our. The fir is comfortable and light. Sometimes it feels like nothing is on your head. Just the music or podcast you enjoy listening to.

It isn't just the crystal-clear sound, with ample bass and dynamic treble. It's the noise cancellation and the sheer comfort. They're light as a feather and don't make you feel like your head is being squished. I'm seriously thinking of getting another pair as a backup. I'm already looking at two pair for my stepsons. A Good Product At a Good Price

Unlike the ones that you wear in your ears, all surrounding sound is completely "blocked out". So all you hear is what is playing in your Sony Headphones!

Before I had bought these headphones, I used Airpods, which were great, but for the gym they weren't. My Airpods would fall out when I'd work out and so I decided to buy these headphones. These are actually great noise cancelling headphones. It's a whole different world when you have them on and they fit great.
