Its transparency mode is also very helpful when you wanna listen on the go but also interacting with people. It’s got good qualities, I would definitely recommend someone this product! Love it!

App makes it easy to control the way want to hear what you are listening to. The app gives you the ability to to turn on and off noise cancelling, but the battery life changes dramatically when it is on.

They are not water proof but so far I haven't had issues with sweating during workout.

Sony is amazing!

I like that they come with an audio jack and a cord to plug in your PS5 controller to it. I paired them to my phone and my PC, and switching between the two is a breeze. Phone calls sound great too.

Comfy over-ear headphones

They are comfy and fit perfectly over my ears, sound quality is decent and perfectly fine for my casual listening needs. Can't speak to battery life because I actually prefer using them with the wire.

Great for most things!

My need was a bit specific, but I feel the reasons I chose these are broadly based. The Bose quietcomfort's did not allow noise reduction while plugged into a cord. That killed that set. They had good sound, but I mean c'mon. The Beats were just plain uncomfortable on the top of my head. No padding...and were not recommended by a few folks I talked to. JBL, meh, ok. These Sony 720N are light, comfy, ANR when plugged in, and sound great. My one big complaint, is the battery life. Sometimes it seems to last pretty good, and other times, it's only mere hours (5 or 6) before it's down. I don't understand what's happening, but the life is no where near what's rated. I only use them for one thing, and that's plugged into a drum module. Not sure if that has an impact or not, but having ANR is critical for that. I wish they would add a larger battery, at the expense of more weight, but I also wanted a headset that I could use if traveling, and like the lightweight for that. I haven't tried the battery life with just listening to music/videos without being plugged in, but I'm betting it's way better. At 99 bucks they are going to be hard to beat!

We also apologize about the issue with your WH-CH720N. If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, try to adjust the headset into a comfortable position. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Also, the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

I play my desktop right next to a window unit, and with the noise cancelling on I can barely hear the air conditioner/never hear it. The bluetooth connects immediately, and overall they're a great price for what they are. Sony is the company you want to go with when it comes to noise cancelling in headphones.
