Ok, music, but no phone call

Turn the headphones off and on, and then reconnect them to your computer.
Restart the computer.
Reset the headphones.
Initialize the headphones.

Worked well

They are light weight noise cancelling and fit perfectly over my ear. The only complaint is they will not connect to any of my other devices and sometimes they will disconnect from my phone if I do not use the Sony app to connect them to my phone.

You can use the WHCH720N headphones without connecting them to the Sony Headphone| Connect app. These headphones will still work as regular Bluetooth headphones and use them to listen music, make phone calls, and user other audio features. Please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Worked awesome on my flight to kill the engine noise which is always an issue and causes me to get headaches. Also work great if I’m watching TV and wife is watching crap on her phone.

Good Headphones

It was a little tricky to figure out what setting to not have the noise cancellation on. I needed to download the app to get it to work. Otherwise works well, very comfy.
