We’d really like to help you get these sounding the way they should.

Regarding the app, we recently rebranded it from "Headphones Connect" to Sony | Sound Connect. It is definitely our official Sony app and we are constantly working on updates to make it better. It’s the best place to go to keep your headphones updated and to customize your sound.

To fix that muffled sound, we highly recommend downloading the app and playing around with the Equalizer settings.
Also, please make sure the app is set to "Priority on Sound Quality" so you're getting the best possible signal.

Please take note that the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
