Thank you for your time writing this review. We're sorry to hear your discomforts while wearing the headphones. The WHCH720N have a lightweight design with swivel earcups, adjustable headband, and soft ear pads for comfort which could be advantageous for extended periods of use. However, we do not recommend wearing these headphones while heavy sweating as this unit is not waterproof. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, the headphones might damage. We suggest to give your ears and headphones a chance to air out by taking breaks during extended listening sessions. Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry if your new WHCH720N headphones keeps disconnecting from your iPhone and TV. Allow us to help troubleshoot the problem. For optimum performance, please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
When this is the case, turn the Bluetooth device to face the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in train station premises or on a crowded train

You may try some solutions below that may help resolve this issue:
Ensure that the headphones and connecting device are within the Bluetooth range(10 m (32.8 ft.)). Set the headphones to “Priority on stable connection”
Remove any obstacles between the antenna of the connecting Bluetooth device and the built-in antenna of the headset.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
