Allow us to help turn this experience around. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
When this is the case, turn the Bluetooth device to face the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in train station premises or on a crowded train

Please take note that if water or foreign matter enters your WHCH720N headphones, this can result in burnout or malfunction. It's important to be mindful of situations and places where water, moisture or humidity can occur. This caution applies to all types of headphones and earbuds, even if they're waterproof and moisture-proof models.

I resisted buying new headphones after my super lightweight wired set finally died because all the other sets I've tried have been far too heavy or expensive. This pair is wonderfully lightweight so I don't get headaches wearing them, and I love that I can adjust the noise cancelling so my ears don't feel smothered. The sound quality is excellent as is the Bluetooth distance, and I can say that this is an excellent purchase.

Sweet bang for your money!

I replaced my Beats Studio 3 with these from Sony and I’m so glad I did. After 3 hours of gaming, still had a full charge. I can hardly hear my parents argue over them.

They were very helpful in blocking out plane noise, and the sound was great for audiobooks and music. They seem to hold a charge pretty well and are comfy on my ears/head. I don’t love having another app on my phone for them, or having to pay for extra sound quality options, but I would recommend these.

They are comfortable on my head and do not move around while also being nonrestrictive. The battery is much, much longer in comparison to the airpods I've owned previously and only need a charge every few days despite me using them for up to 8 hours a day.

Noise Cancelling with great sound on a budget

As someone who enjoys listening to music a lot, I feel like this does wonders because it's such a lightweight headset. The noise cancelling is not bad too. I tried it while vacuuming and I couldn't hear the vacuum that's just on my hand. However, it also doesn't completely drown out the outside noises and that's good because I want to be able to hear around me. The sound quality is pretty good. I hear the highs, mids, and lows pretty nicely. If you're looking for a headset where the bass is booming, this might not be it though. I think it's a good balance headset. My biggest complain with this headset is that as lightweight as it is, it doesn't let my ears breathe. My ears would be sweating after maybe only about 45 mins of wear. The ear muffs would be wet too. I guess this is more of testament that it really fits my ears well and that it covers your ears entirely, but I've worn headsets where my ears are still able to breathe even with passive noise cancellation. Overall, I think it's a solid headset.

Good Gym Headphones

However, i find myself using these more often during the day because they work so well. I also have the Airpods Max which work well as they should. These ones are a lot lighter on my head and they do the same job. I like the app because i can use it to change the ambient sound and it also keeps track of my listening habits as well as the activity from my music app. I made a good choice to purchases these for the gym and just for everyday use now as well. Would buy them again when i need to. $99 was a good price for them though. Im not sure about $150.

I'm not qualified to write a techy review but what I can say is that they drown out my husband's loud tv and everything else. Every wife should have a pair! Lol! I wish I'd bought them years ago. They are marriage savers, for sure. Sound is great and when he's sitting next to me he can't hear any sound coming from them at all. They were easy for this technophobe to connect to my devices, too. Good quality, comfortable for the price. Very happy with these overall! Ladies, buy 'em!

Noise cancelling is good and the sound quality is excellent!! Comfort is top notch and I can wear them for hours without discomfort. Make sure you download the App to your smartphone!! The default sound is okay but after adjusting levels through the App the sound is awesome! Only real downside to these is that it does not include a carry case. I found a good one on Amazon for $20. Highly recommended!!

Their noise cancelling works great for me, while other brands make me feel too much "pressure" in my ears. This model has good noise cancelling, looks good, and is very comfortable. The construction is not as solid as their top of line, or this very model two years ago. The sound quality is... interesting. The low frequencies are there, the highs are there, and the mediums are weirdly amplified. Almost all modern headphones have a built in equalizer that filters out mediums in favor of high and low, but this one doesn't, so the songs might sound flat. I use a media player app with a pretty good equalizer, but it took some tweaking to get the sound right.

Sound clarity is pretty good IMO, noise cancellation could be better but maybe I just haven’t mastered that control. Battery life is OK but you have to keep an eye on how much charge remains. Connectivity is usually not a problem except if I have them on in the car.

Make sure to keep your device up to date to avoid any performance issues. Make sure to use the Sony Sound Connect app to customize the audio settings to work with your headphones. Unfortunately, it does not fold and no case is included in the package. However, the earcups are also designed to swivel and fold neatly into a carry case along with the cable for easy storage and portability. Regards, -Craig
