It isn't just the crystal-clear sound, with ample bass and dynamic treble. It's the noise cancellation and the sheer comfort. They're light as a feather and don't make you feel like your head is being squished. I'm seriously thinking of getting another pair as a backup. I'm already looking at two pair for my stepsons. It’s comfortable on my ears, has great battery life, easy to connect, the app was a nice touch, and the sound is great. Is also doesn’t slide off my head often, only when my hair is down and it loses its grip. This was a great buy.

Best budget noise cancelling headphones

The noise cancelling works really well and the quality of the sound is amazing. This is coming from someone who purchased and returned a sony xm4 ($350) because it seemed overpriced for what it offered. This headset has the sane noise cancelling chip as the $399 Sony XM5. Also very comfortable.

As a neurodivergent person, navigating loud spaces is extremely difficult. That doesn't just have to be a grocery store or a park, but also sometimes the refrigerator or the air conditioning in my own home. The noise canceling function helps me focus on tasks and actually helps me see better because once I am not distracted by the noise I can focus more on what is in front of me. The sound quality is good, but not fantastic, and I find myself wishing it was a bit louder sometimes for when I do want to listen to something. Another thing that happens, though I'm not sure if this is just a problem with my face shape, is that if I turn my head sometimes the headphone "seal" comes open and I can hear ambient noise. This only happens every so often, but I thought it was worth pointing out. I have never had a problem with connectivity and the battery lasts so long (knock on wood) that I have only had to charge it a couple of times since purchasing them. The color is one of my favorite parts. Everything I own is blue, teal, or green, and when I saw that I could order these in my favorite color I was extremely happy. If you have a loved one or you yourself are neurodivergent and cannot cope with noisy environments, I highly recommend these headphones.

I purchased this item as a gift and I wish I could have gifted it to myself. The noise cancellation works great and is really comfortable. This style is good and also is not too heavy. The battery life is wonderful it last in my case for about 3 days of daily use between charges. Overall is a great product for the price. I’m very happy with this purchase.

We also apologize about the issue with your WH-CH720N. If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, try to adjust the headset into a comfortable position. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Also, the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
