||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially LOVED these headphones! Noise cancellation was perfect, and sound quality was great. Unfortunately, either my smaller than baby like ears are the issue (very possible), or the quality has declined. If they aren’t fully charged (sometimes even when they are), the noise cancellation simply does not work. Bluetooth connectivity is great never any issues there, it’s weird to connect but it’s very straight forward. You cannnot take phone calls with this - so don’t even try (not a flaw for me). I love that you can if you have time to have the sound be customized to your ear. Before the issues started it was a 4.5, but today it’s a 3.5 for me.

We are sorry to hear that the excellent noise canceling and sound quality you initially loved have recently declined, especially regarding performance when the battery isn't fully charged. It is certainly not normal for the noise cancellation (NC) to fail intermittently unless the battery is critically low (below 10%), so this suggests a potential software or power management issue. Please try resetting the headphones by holding the power and NC/AMB buttons simultaneously for about 7 seconds, and ensure you have the latest firmware via the Sony | Headphones Connect app. If the NC performance issue persists even after a full charge and reset, please reach out to our support team for troubleshooting https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US.

Good but overpriced

However, for the amount paid, you'd expect to at least be able to fold the headphones for easy portable storage, or even a case for it would've been nice. A little overpriced for what it is in my opinion. Other than that, long lasting battery (I only have to charge it a couple times a week if I use it a couple hours every day).

Fantastic all around headphones!

Sound is balanced and can be adjusted with the Sony headphones app, noise cancelling is solid, ambient mode is natural, battery lasts forever, the microphone is great and they are feather weight. The ONLY issue is that they don’t come with a case, but one can be picked up easily.

Comfy over-ear headphones

They are comfy and fit perfectly over my ears, sound quality is decent and perfectly fine for my casual listening needs. Can't speak to battery life because I actually prefer using them with the wire.

Very light weight for this style (covers entire ears). Microphone and Bluetooth perfect. Easy to charge. They aren't flashy - they simply work real good! Highly recommend! They’re not too tight on my head. They have the option to noise cancel and the option to hear what’s going on around you. You can turn that on and off. I like that incase someone tries talking to me while I have them on.

Good but a bit too lightweight

It’s a bit too lightweight for my taste, feels like it’s flimsy almost like it might break. I haven’t had any problems just worries me a bit.

Great for the gym

Good headphones for price

The sound smis an improvement over my Skullcandy Riff 2 that I was upgrading from. Not the best headphones for sound quality, but overall meet my needs. No issues with them so far after owning for about 2 weeks. Charging is easy with USB-C port.
