We're delighted you're enjoying the effective noise canceling and good quality for the price of the WH-CH720N! We apologize for the difficulty connecting to your iPhone. This is sometimes due to iOS settings. Please try this troubleshooting step: On your iPhone, go to Settings, find the Sony | Headphones Connect app, and ensure that Bluetooth access is explicitly turned on. If the issue continues, delete the headphones' pairing information from the iPhone's main Bluetooth settings, and try pairing again by putting the headphones into manual pairing mode (hold the power button for about 5 seconds).

You can use the WHCH720N headphones without connecting them to the Sony Headphone| Connect app. This headphones will still work as regular Bluetooth headphones and use them to listen music, make phone calls, and user other audio features.

Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
When this is the case, turn the Bluetooth device to face the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in train station premises or on a crowded train.
