Regarding the switching between your phone and laptop, we’d love to make that process seamless for you. You can actually enable a feature called 'Connect to 2 devices simultaneously' within the Sony | Headphones Connect app.
Once toggled on, your headphones will intelligently switch audio based on which device is playing, without you having to manually disconnect. As for the fit in your messenger bag, we appreciate the feedback—it helps us as we look at future designs!

Word of advice, even though the replacement ear cushions are expensive, they are worth it I have tried many 3rd party brands and they fall short of noise cancelling and even mess up the electronics by not fitting perfectly and not being tuned to this device. But, I like these headphones so much I will buy new pads then new pair later.

Great but Pricey Compared to Other Brands

I wear them almost all day for work and they are comfortable. Ive had Soundcore headphones and they are very comparable. I'd get the Soundcore as they are more reasonably priced.

My whole life I've never felt comfortable with over-the-ear headphones so I was worried when I initially bought it. I've used them every day since I bought them last month! It's helped a lot in social situations to use the noise canceling. The only complaint is the only microphone is for the ambient feature, so I'm unable to use them as a headset for games but that's such a little deal. I take it with me wherever I go!

Connects very easily via Bluetooth to my computer and iPhone. Fits very well. I had to go in-person to a Best Buy store to try on different headphones. If price was not a concern, I'd go with the XM4 or XM5. But for $100, this was worth it. After having this for a few weeks, the only downside I would mention is that my head hurts after wearing this for about 2 hours. So it's not an all-day wear. This is my first headphone set, so not sure if that's to be expected for every headphone.
