The only issue i have is when the headset is moved just a little bit you can hear everything outside as if the noise canceling feature is turned off. But it does have a long battery life and worked great on the plane.

We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. Our WH-CH720N has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience.
Note: If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.

Ok, music, but no phone call

Turn the headphones off and on, and then reconnect them to your computer.
Restart the computer.
Reset the headphones.
Initialize the headphones.
