I love the headphones because I no longer have to worry about earbuds falling out, I can answer the phone with them, and they are noise-cancelling. I can have a conversation and not have to take the headphones off my head to hear or speak to anyone.

Had these a little less than a month and have been very pleased with these headphones. For context, I already have AirPods Pro I used every day that weren’t always suitable/ideal for my frequent traveling for work. Bought these hoping to not find myaelf wishing I got the Sony flagship $400+ over ear noise canceling headphones and that didn’t happen. The ambient noise filter settings are different, but just as practical as my AirPods Pro’s ambient/noise canceling settings. The range of the audio is 10/10 with a wide range of EQ control and the audio quality upscaling (DSEE) is noticeable and impressive. I

The fact how inexpensive this purchase was for the sound quality is worth it. I don’t need to turn it off - it will shut off automatically. Connecting to Bluetooth is a breeze and so far the battery life is solid (I don’t need to charge for 3 days continuous use) Although, I can’t keep it on for more than few hours but other than that great buy!

Great headphones at this price point. Bose qc45s were not loud enough for a family member with hearing impairment when hooked to a fire tv. These are so much louder that he had to turn them down. They do not have a hard case like the more expensive models, but that wasn’t needed in our case since they stay by his tv. Great purchase, especially since we cot it on sale for $98.

For anyone moving from a basic headset, the sound quality of these Sony WH-CH720N headphones is a significant step up. The audio is clear and immersive, making music and games a joy to listen to. The noise cancellation is also quite effective, especially for the price point. One of the main reasons I chose these headphones was for the ability to use noise cancellation while wired, and it works as advertised, which is a big plus for me when I need to focus at my desk. However, my experience has been hampered by a few significant issues. The biggest disappointment is that the built-in microphone does not work when the headphones are plugged into my PC. According to Sony's official help guide, when using the supplied headphone cable, you must use your phone's microphone for calls. This forces me to rely on my laptop's microphone, which thankfully is decent, but it defeats the purpose of having a headset with an integrated mic. This is a crucial detail that I wish was more clearly advertised. Another issue I've encountered is a persistent static noise when the headphones are plugged into my phone. The static is so loud that it overpowers any audio, making the wired mode on my phone unusable. This problem doesn't occur with my other headsets, so it seems to be specific to these Sony headphones. Furthermore, when using the active noise cancellation in wired mode with my laptop, there is a noticeable clicking sound every few seconds. This clicking is only audible when no audio is playing, but as someone who bought noise-canceling headphones to eliminate distracting noises while reading or working in silence, this is a major drawback. It forces me to either turn off the noise-cancellation feature or endure the distracting clicking. In conclusion, while the sound quality and noise cancellation are impressive for the price, the limitations and issues with the wired mode are significant. If you plan to use these headphones primarily via Bluetooth, you will likely be very happy with them. However, if you need a reliable wired headset with a functional microphone and flawless noise cancellation for quiet environments, you may want to consider other options.

I have bigger ears and these fit comfortably over them! They're very comfortable for working out and for studying. The noise cancelling is really nice, and the ambient sound is also nice since it still covers some background noise. The one thing I wish was that it folded into a case, but otherwise, everything is perfect about them!

The is my first over the ear headphones and i loved it, ive been just using my jabra elites for a long time now and decide to get something else. Its comfortable, light weight and the sound quality is great. Would recommend this product.

The headphones work really good and the battery life is the best with basically not having to charge for days at a time.

Not bad for $100. Sound quality and ANC are good. The headset sync well will my TV Bluetooth, minimal audio lag. They are light and comfortable, but do get a little sore after a couple of hours. I wish the ear cups were hinged for a more compact storage. But hey, for a hundred bucks, I'd buy again.

Great sound quality, and the bluetooth works so well. It also charges extremely fast via the cable in the package but lasts long enough to where you don't charge that often at all. It has been phenomenal for my job.

Sound quality is very good for the price point. Still wish it was as solidly built as the WH CH700Ns. But the lighter weight makes it great for long periods and travel.

These are very comfortable and cancel noise, the battery life is also amazing I’ve had them last for 3 1/2 days straight without charging. My only issue is that they are a bit uncomfortable to wear while laying on my side, but otherwise perfect headphones!

Sony is one of the best quality sounds out there with value. I had my sound bar and love it!
