About the background noise that you can still here, it is essential to note that noise cancellation primarily reduces noise in the low-frequency band, such as train or airplane engine noise. Therefore, some ambient sounds may still be heard, particularly higher-pitched noises or voices.

But, if you are experiencing too much background noise, it could indicate that the noise canceling is not functioning optimally. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot this issue:

Ensure that the noise-canceling function is turned on.

Make sure that the headphones fit correctly over your ears. The effectiveness of the noise canceling can vary depending on how the headset is worn.
