We appreciate your feedback regarding the noise cancellation of the unit. One of the possible resolutions to the issue is by updating the firmware of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your WH-CH720N headphones aren’t charging.
Let’s try a few things to get them working again:

1. If possible, try charging with a different USB cable or power adapter to rule out any issues with the accessories.
2. Take a look at the charging port on your headphones. If it looks dusty or dirty, gently clean it out with a soft dry brush.
3. Leave them plugged in for at least 30 minutes, even if you don’t see a charging light right away.
4. If you see a blinking red light or no light at all, try resetting your headphones by connecting the headset to an AC outlet and pressing the (power) button and the NC/AMB (noise canceling/Ambient Sound Mode) button simultaneously.
