The only complaint would be the pausew /skip button is too flat and hard to find sometimes. My old pair of Sony's had a toggle type switch that stuck up above the surface. Easy. A no brainer that they took away.

You can only connect one device to this model at a time. Also the soft plastic makes it feel cheap. A plus is it fully charges in lest than an hour and the noise csncellation is good.

We apologize for the trouble you’re experiencing with your WHCH720N headphones not connecting to your phone after just three months. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially with it being a recent gift.
To help resolve the issue, we recommend initializing the headset to restore factory settings by following the guidance here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2966/v1/en/contents/TP1000783325.html.
After that, please forget the WH-CH720N headphones from your phone’s Bluetooth settings, then put the unit in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button for about 5 seconds until the blue indicator flashes twice and you hear “Pairing.” Then try reconnecting.

Good headphones for price.

Decent sound, poor connection

Making sure they were fully charged, updated with the latest firmware and then repaired to my phone, they still would not stop dropping the connection. When switched the sound from prioritizing quality to stability and it still randomly did it. A chime would kick in indicating that connection had been lost and it would immediately reconnect but this stopped sound playback and worse, did not automatically resume it after reconnecting. I came in and got the Soundcore Q45s instead. They haven't dropped once and have LDAC as a codec option.

The sound though can sometimes be a bit 'muddy' in my opinion, so I had to play around with the sound settings in the Sony headphones app.

Thank you for your time writing this review. While we are glad you like your new Sony headphones, we're sorry to hear some issues that you are experiencing with the unit. If you feel that the sound is a bit muddy, please try some solutions below:
Make sure that the headphone software as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
Check connections. When the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device.
Try a different source to see if the muddy sound is present across all sources.
Set or customize the Equalizer setting on the Sony Headphone Connect app.
