Hi SteveL, We're sorry to hear about your headphones. This is definitely not what we wanted you to experience. Unfortunately, the headphones does not support Wi-Fi connectivity. You can only pair or connect to your audio source through Bluetooth. Hope this helps. Thanks and regards, -Craig
