We are glad you like the great sound quality of the WH-CH720N headphones, but we are sorry the battery life is disappointing. These headphones are rated for up to 35 hours with Noise Canceling on. Shorter life is often caused by using multiple high-drain features (like Equalizer, DSEE, and NC) simultaneously. We recommend checking the settings in the Sony | Headphones Connect app; if the short battery life continues, please contact support for an assessment.
