These headphones use our DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) to add detail and richness to your music. They also use One Push-Artificial Intelligence Noise Canceling which adjusts to your environment, so you can eliminate noise as you travel. If you haven’t already, download the Sony | Headphones Connect App which gives you the ability to adjust audio levels and sound field modes. The WH-CH700Ns use a powerful Li-ion battery which provides up to 35 hours of playback on a single charge, or 60 minutes of playback from a 10-minute charge using the Quick Charge feature. The WH-CH700N headphones are designed to provide a distraction free listening experience on the go.

The noise canceling and ambient noise settings work really well.

Good headphones

I tried them for a month before giving them to him, and I can confidently say they are excellent. He is very satisfied, and it has been six months since then.

Honest Review: Sony WH-CH720N - Feels Too Cheap

While the noise canceling is decent, the overall build quality feels cheap and overly plastic, lacking the premium durability I expected from Sony. They don’t fold into a compact shape, making them bulky and inconvenient for travel, and the lack of "wear detection" to auto-pause music when I take them off is a major frustration. For the price, they feel like a budget product rather than a mid-range one, and I don't find them worth the investment.

Pleasantly surprising over ear headset

Good sounding, easy operation, battery life good, and descent noise cancellation. That being said, these are not in the same category as Sony’s 1000XM4, Apple AirPod Max, or Bose OQ Ultra. On sale ($99) they are more than worth it. I wish they came with a case.

Strong and Sound Great

The wires would break from being tied in knots or the top band would break. I bought these headphones at Best Buy at a great sale price. It comes with a cord and is wireless. My daughter used the cord out of habit but I figure she'll go wireless if the cord ever breaks. They sound fantastic! I think I'll get me a pair in the near future.
