We also apologize about the issue with your WH-CH720N. If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, try to adjust the headset into a comfortable position. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Also, the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

love these headphones after 72 hours of use!

They last a really long time in-between charges and they sound great. they are lightweight and not super tight on the ears after awhile of use. they are really great for the price would recommend them.

Great buy for the price.

I didn't want to spend too much but these are durable, and really completely noise canceling. They stay charged and since I use them while exercising they get wet but still hold up well. I sweat so I'm tough on headphones.

However, for the amount paid, you'd expect to at least be able to fold the headphones for easy portable storage, or even a case for it would've been nice. A little overpriced for what it is in my opinion. Other than that, long lasting battery (I only have to charge it a couple times a week if I use it a couple hours every day).

It's easy to use and she likes how light it feels. She didn't want anything too fancy or difficult to use, and the added bonus of not hurting her head or ears was a giant bonus. Only negative would be we had to buy our own case from another website.
