Best bang for buck on the market.

I use them daily connected to my phone and PC simultaneously. As my daily driver these have handled music, movies, gaming and even short phone calls no problem. I don’t need to turn it off - it will shut off automatically. Connecting to Bluetooth is a breeze and so far the battery life is solid (I don’t need to charge for 3 days continuous use) Although, I can’t keep it on for more than few hours but other than that great buy!

For context, I already have AirPods Pro I used every day that weren’t always suitable/ideal for my frequent traveling for work. Bought these hoping to not find myaelf wishing I got the Sony flagship $400+ over ear noise canceling headphones and that didn’t happen. The ambient noise filter settings are different, but just as practical as my AirPods Pro’s ambient/noise canceling settings. The range of the audio is 10/10 with a wide range of EQ control and the audio quality upscaling (DSEE) is noticeable and impressive. I

To get your connection back on track, please try these troubleshooting steps:
-Make sure your headphones and the connected device are both fully charged and within 1 meter (3.2 feet) of each other during pairing.
-Delete the pairing information from both the headphones and your device, then pair them again.
-Reset the headphones by connecting them to power and pressing the power and NC/AMB buttons simultaneously. If that doesn’t help, initialize (factory reset) the headphones and re-pair.
