To make your headphones louder and improve sound quality, use the Sony | Sound Connect app to set the Equalizer or create a custom EQ with higher levels.
Ensure the volume is maxed on both your phone/device and the headset, and set Sound Quality Mode to "Priority on Sound Quality".
