I actually ordered online after 2 and 1/2 hours went in to find out what was going on. Person at the counter would not help at all even though the headphones were sitting 6 ft from them on the counter. Had cancel the online order and buy-in store. Also had trouble in the store because the store associates were busy talking with themselves instead of helping customers
