I got this product because I didn’t want to spend the $400 for the nicer ones. These ones get the job done. They aren’t completely sound proof but quality of them is great I have not been gentle with them. They’ve held up fantastic. The battery life is great. I would even say longer than what they say. Comfort is pretty good.

Good product for the price, especially since I got it on sale. Comfortable and lightweight. The ear pieces completely cover the ears and noise cancelling feature works well, although you can still hear noise when in very crowded places. I wish battery life would last as long as my old Beats Solo 3 but it still lasts many days which is good for long days of studying. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with a case. Comes with a (very short) charging cable but not a charging cube. Would give it a 4.4 star rating if I could. In terms of connectivity, it can be difficult to find and connect to new devices but once it does find the connection, it stays connected unless told otherwise.

good sound for audiobooks in loud areas, keeps a lot of noise out when you need it, comfortable if a tad warm (to be expected with headphones and PPE of this nature), they don't let go of your head or even come out of place, not too claustrophobic around the neck at rest somehow.

Let me start by saying these are really really good for the price. They fit great on my head, are super lightweight, and comfortable, and sit over the ears nicely. The sound quality is also really good. Are they the best in the world? Probably not but for the price of $150 they are fantastic. And if you get the Sony app and play with the EQ you can make them sound EVEN BETTER Definitely worth the buy if you're looking for budget-friendly headphones!

Purchased these for my wife so she could listen to her programs on her phone while working or exercising. The headphones seem to have melted to her head since I never see her without them. They are incredibly light which was important since she's tiny and the battery life is amazing. The active noise cancelling is very good and with the over the ear cushions really insulates from outside distractions. I think she exaggerates just HOW good the noise cancelling is especially when I'm trying to get her attention, but it must be very good. I can watch a high action movie with her on the sofa next to me watching new clips and she's perfectly content. Overall, she loves them, and I'll buy another set as soon as these break or wear out.

One of several we have purchased. My kids and I each have a pair. I do construction work in mine and they've saved my head countless times, as well as providing excellent noise protection. My kids put a solid 80 hours a week use, for years on these. The only weak point is the swivel, but it took 2 years for that to fail. So I'd say these are a solid choice. 100% our go to headphones. I have a set of Bose, as a comparison, these may not have the sound clarity, but they fit better and stay on better.

Really great value for the pricepoint (I think I got them for $99 on sale). Bought these for work since my home setup is Apple-only. Pairs with my office laptop (Dell) flawlessly every single time - which was my number one concern. (I haven't tried switching them back and forth, so I can't speak to that.) Sound and mic are both decent (not studio quality by any means, but fine for Spotify and Microsoft Teams, which is all I use them for) and the controls are reasonably intuitive (pressing the power button gives you a nice spoken battery percentage, and the volume + play/pause buttons are hard to tell apart, but you get used to it). I also give these high marks for convenience. Noise cancelling is pretty robust; it works well in a busy office, and they're comfortable enough to wear for an hour or two at a time (they are heavy enough that you know they're there, though - I don't know that I'd wear them for hours and hours on end uninterrupted). But what really surprised me is range and battery life. I only have to charge them maybe once a week with intermittent usage throughout the day, they charge really quickly, and the range is good enough that I can get up and walk to get a cup of coffee from the break room (approx 50 feet / two walls away) no problem.

These sound great, are very portable, and the battery lasts a very long time. I bought a pair for both of my teenage kids, and they have held up to the abuse. Would definitely buy again.

I’ve reviewed many earbuds and headphones from different bands in the TIN program over the past few years, and these are the best sounding for the price I’ve reviewed yet. They really sound good from the low end to the high. Clean crisp highs. Not tinny or harsh sounding. Nice deep low end and doesn’t sound muddy. You can set the sound to your tastes with the EQ in the app. The headphones come with USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a 3.5mm cable for direct connection to a device that has a headphone jack. One end is straight and the other a 90 degree angle. Pairing to my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was simple and easy. It showed up on the Sony app I already had installed that works with my Sony WF-SP800N earbuds I reviewed a few years ago. Pairing on my 9th Gen iPad with the Sony app went off without any problems. Some people reported that their headphones kept disconnecting and reconnecting. My S22 Ultra did that too at times. Music or calls, it didn’t matter. I know that other bluetooth devices can steal your connection, so I looked for anything else that’s paired with my phone and turned on. I found two things. My aftershocks and my Belkin speaker. I turned them off and no more disconnects. I’m not sure if there’s a bluetooth setting to stop that. I couldn’t find one. I didn’t seem to have that problem with my 9th Gen iPad but I can’t guarantee that you won’t with your iPad or iPhone. I also paired the headphones with a couple of Windows PCs that I have. No problems there either. You can also connect the headphones with the supplied 3.5mm cable and use it with devices with a headphone jack. Either with or without the headphones turned on. When turned on, you can use the active noise reduction and I noticed that it used the same custom EQ settings I had it set to which is a very nice option. The Sony app to control the headphones is very well thought out with lots of options. It can analyze your ear shape to optimize the sound and for the 360 Reality Audio option. You can switch the ANR on and off, and if you want to let ambient sound in, and the level. You can also set them up to automatically do this based on location and / or actions. All good stuff, but my favorite and, what I think is the most useful, is the 5 band EQ with 2 custom settings and Sony’s Clear Bass. I say this because some music apps lack any EQ control. Even presets. For example, I reviewed a pair of Yamaha bluetooth headphones. The app to control them is super basic. Not EQ settings at all. I compare these to them later in the review. Phone calls sound clear for the wearer and the party on the other end. I tried it both ways with my wife wearing the headphones. We both agreed they sound really good for calls.

These are the best hands down. I live near a busy Rd and it was horrible trying to sit on my patio and read without distractions and NOW I put these on and listed to my audio books or make calls. It blocks out the sound so good that I only use while I'm in a safe space. The quality is amazing and love the color options. The battery life is great also for those on the run. If your looking for good quality headphones I strongly recommend!!!!

Got these initially because i needed some over the ear headphones for the gym. ive never had noise canceling headphones before so i didnt care for that aspect much at the time, but now, even in my house, i dont want to take them off. I absolutely understand the hype now. Besides the great noise canceling quality, the sound quality is amazing. One of my favorite things of this headset, is that it puts no pressure on any of my hard cartilage piercings and even with stretched ear lobes, they fit perfectly in the headphones- which was a must in terms of headphone shopping. These headphones dont squeeze and they are very light weight. I am absolutley obsessed with these!!!

Headphones came well packaged and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. The set fits well on my head and are comfortable to wear for extended periods. Noise cancellation works well, but upsets my wife sometimes when she tries to talk to me while listening to misic. Frequency response is not as dynamic as more expensive headphones, but it sounds good to me. You can plug the phones directly into your source, which will provide a little better range in the lower frequencies. Sound is crisp and clear so no disappointment there. I don't use the headsets for phone conversations and the speaker on the headset tends to pick up background noises if you are in a noisy environment. The headsets feel wellmade and sturdy. I consider the WH-CH720Ns in the best bang for the buck category snd love the long battery life. Only real issue is that I can not sync with bluetooth on my Samsung Q-90 series Neo QLED smart TV. This may be more of a Samsung issue rathet than Sony's. Several have had issues from the posts I read with some of the Sony headsets. Just be aware if you want to listen to the sound on your smart TV.

These headphones are my go to for everything. Working out, playing games, passing time at work, even sleeping. These headphones are able to have great sound while also not breaking at the slightest pressure of simply laying your head down or accidentally dropping them. As for the sound, whether you’re in a plane or on a drive or simply in the quiet of your own home, these headphones are able to fully envelope you into whatever you’re listening to.
