Found them on sale for $99.99 and couldn’t pass up on it. Since having it for a few months, these headphones have become my favorite pair. Good noise canceling that rivals more expensive headphones. Noise cancellation worked great for the plane, and battery life was not an issue. Only bummer is they dont come with a carrying case, but they packed in fine in my backpack or around my neck when not using.

Greatest headset…ever!

Easily connects to any Bluetooth device and the sound is phenomenal. I use it for entertainment, wife and child use it for online school. Unfortunately, either my smaller than baby like ears are the issue (very possible), or the quality has declined. If they aren’t fully charged (sometimes even when they are), the noise cancellation simply does not work. Bluetooth connectivity is great never any issues there, it’s weird to connect but it’s very straight forward. You cannnot take phone calls with this - so don’t even try (not a flaw for me). I love that you can if you have time to have the sound be customized to your ear. Before the issues started it was a 4.5, but today it’s a 3.5 for me.

It is certainly not normal for the noise cancellation (NC) to fail intermittently unless the battery is critically low (below 10%), so this suggests a potential software or power management issue. Please try resetting the headphones by holding the power and NC/AMB buttons simultaneously for about 7 seconds, and ensure you have the latest firmware via the Sony | Headphones Connect app. If the NC performance issue persists even after a full charge and reset, please reach out to our support team for troubleshooting https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US.

There are few brands of headphones that fit me and this is one I am glad I bought. It has a short charge time, comfortable, and lasted me nearly 12 hours with half volume while doing paperwork and zoning out some of the more annoying sounds in life like a neighbors dog barking at odd hours of the night. The only gripe I have are the placements of the volume and ambience buttons being a little too close together while operating with them on my head. It is pretty easy to fat finger the wrong buttons and changing the song you were listening to or muting it. Otherwise I like it a lot.
