We are glad you like the great sound quality of the WH-CH720N headphones, but we are sorry the battery life is disappointing. These headphones are rated for up to 35 hours with Noise Canceling on. Shorter life is often caused by using multiple high-drain features (like Equalizer, DSEE, and NC) simultaneously. We recommend checking the settings in the Sony | Headphones Connect app; if the short battery life continues, please contact support for an assessment.

But I was gifted some Best Buy gift cards for Christmas so i figured why not? These things are ridiculous, I put it to the ultimate test just last night, listening to some music in my living surrounded by my 6 children and i heard absolutely nothing but the music. The bass is awesome, the backgrounds are crisp yet subtle. And it links up to my Sony NW-A45 automatically, I love it!! I think I'll get a second set to leave at my job, if youre looking for a good set of noise cancelling headphones that won't break the bank this is for you!!

We took a trip to Mexico and he lost them on the plane :( He was super bummed because they were his favorite headphones. I rebought them and he was so excited to have them back! The noise cancellation and sound control app (for vocals and instruments) is a plus since he is constantly surrounded by loud noise at work. If you want to purchase good quality headphones without breaking the bank, I would definitely recommend them!

Sound better than expected

Wearing the headphones for more than 2 hours gives me little bit of an ear pain. Apart from that these headphones sound crazy good.
