Turn the headphones off and on, and then reconnect them to your computer.
Restart the computer.
Reset the headphones.

Its sony we are talking about and they sound like how much you ard paying for the sounds have deeper bass, and strong noise cancelation where it actually tunes out the noise around you. If you listem to music on the go. Id say get em.

Alright for the price

The noise canceling feature is sensitive to movement and ambient sound changes, so it's normal for it to be slightly affected by head motion. However, if the effect is significant, it may be a good idea to check for a firmware update for the headphones, as these updates often include improvements to performance. You can do this using the Sony | Headphones Connect app.

They are light weight noise cancelling and fit perfectly over my ear. The only complaint is they will not connect to any of my other devices and sometimes they will disconnect from my phone if I do not use the Sony app to connect them to my phone.

You can use the WHCH720N headphones without connecting them to the Sony Headphone| Connect app. These headphones will still work as regular Bluetooth headphones and use them to listen music, make phone calls, and user other audio features. Please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. While they do deliver nice quality sound the bass just doesn't hit like my old Sony head phones did. They are a fair headphone, but nothing like the previous generation.
