If you feel that it is higher than expected, please ensure the headphones are fit correctly. The better the seal around your ears the less sound will leak out. You get what you pay for. Bad Bluetooth connection

We were hoping for a simple solution at a reasonable price. So we weren’t expecting anything amazing. However we are consistently having issues where it drops Bluetooth connection during a call which is highly annoying. It happens more often then we would like. The mic on the phones are also below average for sure. Overall we’re not very happy about our purchase and have since purchased new headphones for her.

That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.
How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt.
