We appreciate your feedback regarding the noise cancellation of the unit. One of the possible resolutions to the issue is by updating the firmware of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, please follow the steps on the link below to resolve the issue.
