Not Noise Canceling and too expensive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are the most expensive noise canceling headphones I’ve ever purchased and they are straight garbage. Please don’t fall for all the fake reviews like I did. I live in a noisy apartment and work on a busy loud street. I can hear every noise and conversation around me. Now I have to buy another pair and take a chance. In my experience the cheapest pair I bought was the best and it’s been downhill since.

We're so sorry to hear that the WH-CH720N headphones aren’t living up to what you expected.
Since you're in a particularly loud environment, there are a few things we can try to make sure you're getting the most out of them:
-Make sure the Ambient Sound Control isn't accidentally turned on.
-Since these are over-ear headphones, even a small gap (like from glasses) can let a lot of sound leak in. Try adjusting the headband for a tighter fit around your ears.
-In the app, try turning off "Adaptive Sound Control." This feature automatically changes settings based on where you are, which can sometimes turn the noise canceling off when you actually want it on full blast.

The best headphones I got

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find it very useful to me and convenient every time I needed to attend to a online meeting and even listening to podcasts sermons without me worrying the space from my computer or phone I can literally walk all over the house less worrying the wire connection and Bluetooth minimum space accessibility… I bought this cheaper than the others but the same features so I never regret buying this one. Noise cancellation is awesome….my old one is wired but so inconvenient the good thing about this is you can switch anytime from pc to your phone hassles free.

Decent sound
