I will say, though, while it is capable of being connected to both at the same time, it doesn’t work very well. Connected individually, they work very well for calls, and the sound quality is great for the price.

To make your headphones louder and improve sound quality, use the Sony | Sound Connect app to set the Equalizer or create a custom EQ with higher levels.
Ensure the volume is maxed on both your phone/device and the headset, and set Sound Quality Mode to "Priority on Sound Quality".

The noise cancellation is really good. I hear a bit but that is because I don’t turn the volume all the way. The only issue I had, it took me a while to connect to a second device. It didn’t pick up the Bluetooth.

If you run into this again, try placing the headphones in pairing mode by holding the power button for about 7 seconds, until you hear "Bluetooth pairing." This should allow other devices to discover and connect to your headphones more easily. For switching between devices, make sure to disconnect from the first device before pairing with the next.
