    I bought these as an 'open box' item. If there was an instruction sheet it was no longer in the box. It seems to have trouble recharging the batteries.

    Good price for name brands Sony device. As comfortable as these are the volume seems to need to be turned up very high to enjoy. Still a good deal.

    We had a really hard time figuring it out and we discovered that it won’t work along side our Bose speaker which sucks and the quality is fair

    Bought these to replace rounded ear over the head. The oblong shaped ones have sheepskin and causes itching with prolonged usage. Find the shape touching my lobes and keeps wanting to slide off my head. Sound options are bass or voice and which one you choose will drown out the other. Bass has too much reverb in the speakers, even with the boom effect off.

    Volume controls are too small and DIFFICULT to use for a senior citizen with arthritis in hands. Do not buy.
