Product not supported by new QLed Samsung
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We though our original Sony Headset (which we absouately Loved) had failed due to age, now we know it just doesn't work with the newer technology, therefore we had to return the item. Doesn't work on Samsung QLEDs

Great for listening to TV

If they were more adjustable for size and cancelled out more outside noise, I would have given 5 stars. But they certainly let me listen if I focus on what is in the phones.

However, when listening to conversations on the TV set, there was a hissing sound or "white noise" evident in the right earpiece. This is very disappointing for Sony, a company we otherwise strongly support. Maybe it was just the unit we got that was defective. We returned the headphones.

Came out again and tried to fix but said they were not compatible with the tv. Waiting to hear from them about fixing the problem.
