The only reason I keep them is that I don’t get interference in the headphones from my Starkey hearing aids. My previous Sony headphones had much better sound and i might just go back to them and take off the hearing aids. Also the volume dial is to hard to find.

This is not the fault of Best Buy, they only sell them, Sony makes them, and compared to their now discontinued similarly priced model MDR RF985R these really stink. I have both, and the WHRF400 is the inferior product.

Every time I tried to use these headphones, they would work for about 5 - 10 minutes and then the signal would just dropped. My TV is about 10 ft from my bed so I know I was within range. I tried to use them several times with the same results. Returned them to the store and bought another brand.
