Bought this to help hear the TV. The sound quality is horrible. There is also a lag between the audio and video so it's hard to focus on the video because they aren't in sync

I bought a refurbished pair and they are not working. they worked the first 2 times I used them and they haven't since then. I will be returning them.

This was my very first pair of RF wireless headphones. I hoped to use them for casual listening and gaming on my computer without having to deal with a cord. I had to search for help on adjusting the transmitter to stop being jumpscared by static swells, and in the end, the best sound I could get from these had no bass and crackly highs. The Voice Mode just makes it sound even more like it's coming out of a can. It was so frustrating that I had to return them.

It works okay and I like the charger/headphone stand. But that's where it ends. I found the bass to be lacking and the controls on the headphones were a bit hard to operate while wearing them. Also, the headphones fit very tightly and were uncomfortable to me.

Did not fix my expectations did not work even when charged…

The Best buy sales Rep said these would work with my Tv, They do not. had to return and exchange for a different brand

Lasted 1 hour didnt like the static while connecting and didn’t realize there not Bluetooth or abke to connect to my tv .. seems like there a 45$ worth not 140$ .. bose is up next ..

Problems with this item not a good sound and Static To much money for this

Sorry but I had to return to Best Buy. I could not get the headphones to work on a Samsung 4K TV. The only positive was the excellent customer service when I did return the headphones.

I don't have an audio out option on a Marantz 7702 MKII. Need to return these for a Bluetooth wireless headphones.

Very cheaply put together and overall not worth. Better to bit the bullet and get a much higher end product.

Charged it plugged it in and NOTHING! I bought one for my house and worked perfectly! Bought this one for my mother in law and it doesn’t work!

This is my second pair of headphones. I love them! I use them at night so I don’t wake others while watching tv. The only tho I would change would be where the volume button is, as it sometimes gets accidentally turned either way down or way up...

Headphones were fine, but when plugged into TV headphone jack, the TV sound goes away, so if you want to go back to TV speaker sound you need to get up and unplug. Didn't work for my purposes and I returned.

Bought this product and regret it . They are bulky and constantly losing reception causing disruption throughout the process of viewing . Would not recommend to anyone

I use these headphones to watch tv. They were easy to setup. I can watch tv and not disturb others who are sleeping.

Got them home they would not be compatible with my system. The guy sold me the wrong headphones. Had to be returned with no problem.

I am sorry to say that after installing the headphones the sound volume and quality were sub-par and the headphones were returned.
