earphone cushions decompose in less than a year of use

Arrived broken and had to return. Had the same exact pair previously and they seemed to work fine.

I ask for something easy to install because I am a 76 year old female. The salesman that help me assured me it would be easy. I had to hire someone to come and do that for me! I was upset!!!!

Very disappointed in Sony. Purchased as a Christmas present for my Mom. First pair didn't work. Exchanged for a second pair from Sony. They didn't last long either. rec'd a new rechargeable battery from Sony and still having trouble working. Giving up and choosing another type for Mom. $100 wasted.

When I got this home it worked for a little while I thought That I had not charged it long enough however it would not charge no matter how long I left it on the charger

The salesman recommended this product. However, the Geek Squad set up the new television and informed me that the headphones were not compatible. They suggest Blue Tooth wireless. So, I returned them to the store and know nothing about their quality. So, discount this review.

I tried to get this item to work and failed. Went back to store for help but failed

The sound is pretty bad, more like a $10 pair of earbuds, and it disconnects frequently even when sitting two feet from the radio with nothing in the way.

2nd set due to first set not working properly. This set will not work with my current entertainment system. Brand new and not able to use.

Good quality, just to large to fit my head. They were also rather heavy. maybe for a larger person they would fit perfect. I returned back to the store with no questions asked.

Bought it to work with Samsung Frame TV. Geek Squad set up tv. Tried to pair it. Said it needed to charge. Charged it for long time. Never able to pair it. My regular old Beats pods work with it. Heard only a buzzing from these head phones. Too complicated to deal with. I’ll be returning.

I never could get a correct radio frequency to make the wireless connection

wonderful acoustics. However, the power goes out after possibly 8-10 hours. Therefore recharging is necessary.

Needed or order an adaptor seperately, sound quality was so so.
