We returned these. There was a strange and distracting buzz in them that made listening to anything with them difficult

These ear covers are narrower then my other Sony pair. volumn control set too far back. Sound is good.

Cheers! This product does not meet the HZ frequency demand in the kHZ is fine. It also has a lot of static and little reception. Sony in this does not comply with the demands of the consumer. If I can return them please send a message. Thank yo

This item does not work in any of our TV’s including the TV we bought with this.

Cannot get it to pair with TV, even bought additional cable & adaptors but will not pair, get a buzzing sound in headset

Had these three months and the padding is already coming off around the head and ears. Should have known better because it happened also with the last set I purchased a couple of years before of the same model. Don’t buy these.

I have owned at least 3 sets of Sony wireless headphones in the past. These were disappointing. They never sounded as good as the other, and the left side of the headphones quit working within a month. I would suggest finding a different product.

They did not work at all. The signal received was a channel that was not on the screen. We returned them to Best Buy & exchanged them for a set that worked great. They had never experienced that happening prior to our visit. Customer service was phenomenal! Perhaps this needs 2 reviews! The first was unacceptable, The second was awesome!

The sound quality could be better. Also it cuts out and needs to be reset too often.

Do a bit more research before you want to get a smart tv with bluetooth. To the point, this series tv will only work with certain models from sony, and they are pretty expensive. FYI, its not Bluetooth, its RF transmitter-per se. ive spoken with sony support.
