They sent me another pair and I used them maybe four times and they quite working, I returned for refund and ordered some different ones from Amazon that work great.

Worked for great at first now it will not hold a charge. It was a return item, now I see why. Sony support does NOT have a phone number you can call. Chat line does not support model number. A WATE OF MONEY.. DO NOT BUY.
